Supply Chain Management Review for a listed pharmaceutical company – The project was to review the supply chain management of the company to reduce the overall costs in the supply chain while maintaining existing customer service level. This was mainly achieved by collaborated information sharing and forecasting among supply chain partners to improve demand forecasting and operations planning processes.
香港公共交通线路重组项目 – 为香港九龙巴士企业提供新界地区的公交线路重组优化，通过数据收集和分析，建立线路重组优化模型，对原有公交线路进行重组和优化，降低公交网络运营成本和保证服务水平。
Transit Network Study of Hong Kong – Reviewed the bus network of Hong Kong and identified methods for improving the attractiveness and cost-efficiency of bus services. The objective was achieved through optimal design of routings and frequencies of all bus routes to minimise both transit time of passengers and operating costs.
香港过境人流研究项目 - 该项目研究香港的过境人流预测模型，主要任务包括建立交通模型预测港深过境人流。该模型和相关结果作为香港铁路企业开发新的地铁项目的重要评价工具。
Hong Kong Cross-Boundary Patronage Study – This project was an inter-city patronage study aimed at forecasting cross-boundary patronage under different scenarios. Main tasks include the development of transportation model to estimate the patronage demand between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The established models and results then served as the basis for evaluation of potential transport facility projects and relevant policies.

Master Planning and Business Study for a Hightech Industrial Park in Malaysia – The project was to develop a strategic plan for the development of a hightech industrial park in Ipoh, Malaysia. The scope of the project covered industry positioning, supply and demand analysis, capacity planning, master planning, and financial assessment.
香港奶粉供应链改善措施研究项目 - 为香港政府食品与卫生局进行香港奶粉供应链运作优化的研究。该研究主要针对当前香港婴幼儿奶粉的缺货问题进行研究，分析供应链结构和运作特点，并提出改善措施。相关研究为香港政府制定和维持奶粉限购政策提供重要参考。
Powdered Formula Supply Chain Improvement Measures in Hong Kong – The project was conducted for Hong Kong Government and aimed at developing and testing measures for improving the performance of powdered formula supply chain in Hong Kong. In particular, an in-depth analysis of the powdered formula supply chain was conducted, from overseas manufacturing, sea transportation, local warehousing and distribution, and retailing network. Improvement measures were developed and tested with main objective of reducing stock-out rate in the market.

Research on Live Poulty Supply Chain in Hong Kong Against Aviation Flu – Conducted a extensive research on the supply chain of live poultry in Hong Kong. Proposed measures for the govenment to improve the live poultry supply chian in terms of reducing the aviation flu. Risk analysis and simulation methods were adopted to evaluate different measures under various senarios.
香港港口战略规划项目2030 - 该项目为香港房屋及运输局项目，就香港港口长远发展制定战略规划，重点研究区域内航运市场供需情况、竞争环境，并对10号集装箱码头建设项目进行初步可行性研究。
Strategic Planning for Hong Kong Port 2030– The project was aimed at a long term strategic planning for Hong Kong Port. He mainly responsible for demand forecasting and port capacity evaluation. In particular, an in-depth study was carried out to examine determinants of cargo’s selection of ports in the hinterland of South China, and a port choice model was established to predict the market share of different ports in the region, which serves as the basis for the demand forecast for Hong Kong Port.
